Who Is Delivering the Training?

This training is delivered by Lisa and Steve Baldwin, founders of Baldwin Therapy, which they have successfully run for over 10 years and are now expanding. With more than 25 years of experience across the NHS, Social Care, Private, and Third Sectors, they bring extensive expertise in therapy, supervision, and crisis intervention. Their practical, hands-on approach ensures participants gain essential skills and confidence in working with suicidal clients, as well as a deeper understanding of ethical responsibilities, risk assessment, and best practice in crisis support
